Executive Order issued on Monday, March 23, 2020 mandates the closure of all North Carolina salons. Per Governor's orders, Elite Hair and Nail Salon will be closed as of 5:00 pm on Wednesday, March 25, 2020. We will be working to accomodate clients until this time. Thank you for your support...
